Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Order Tracking

Once the product ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery progress. You can track your package using the "Track Your Order" link in our store, located at the bottom of our store page or in the menu. You could also track your package with "Shop" if you created an account with us. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, head over to the Returns/Refunds/Exchange Portal to report it, and our team will review it. If approved, we can reship your order or issue a full refund.
