- We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in a similar condition to the condition in which you received it.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund. We have a flat rate of $10, which means that we will provide you with the shipping label, and $10 will be deducted from your total refund. We also have an option to allow the customer to pick their return shipping methods. The flat rate of $10 still applies to it.
Rules To Follow:
- If any items arrive damaged/defective/not as described in the image or product description/package took too long to arrive, please provide a picture/video for proof of any product issues. We will take care of the return shipping cost.
Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- We'll email you a prepaid return label within 24-48 hours
- The return label will show the specific dropoff location (UPS Store, Post Office, FedEx location, etc.)
- Package your item securely and attach the provided label
- Drop off at the carrier location shown on your label
You must drop off the package within 14 days of our creating a return label. Otherwise, you will not be able to receive a return/refund.
