Return shipping process
  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in a similar condition to the condition in which you received it.
To start a return, head over to the Return/Refund Portal. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund. We have a flat rate of $10, which means that we will provide you with the shipping label, and $10 will be deducted from your total refund. We also have an option to allow the customer to pick their return shipping methods. The flat rate of $10 still applies to it. 

Rules To Follow:

  1. If any items arrive damaged/defective/not as described in the image or product description/package took too long to arrive, please provide a picture/video for proof of any product issues. We will take care of the return shipping cost. 

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • We'll email you a prepaid return label within 24-48 hours 
  • The return label will show the specific dropoff location (UPS Store, Post Office, FedEx location, etc.)
  • Package your item securely and attach the provided label
  • Drop off at the carrier location shown on your label
  • You must drop off the package within 14 days of our creating a return label. Otherwise, you will not be able to receive a return/refund.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.



Refunds/Returns 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shopstabilix@gmail.com.

Non-Eligible Delivery Refunds Include

  1. Severe Weather Conditions like hurricanes, floods, etc
  2. Courier Company problems, such as strikes, broken equipment, or other related problems
  3. Address Errors, such as giving us an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address or ZIP code
  4. If the package is currently in ongoing delivery, which starts within 1-2 days of receiving your order, you are no longer eligible for refunds
  5. If you requested a different delivery time, you will not be able to receive a refund
  6. No refunds if the package was delivered within the given time frame.
  7. Refunds will not be possible if our policies are abused
  8. You will also not be eligible for a refund if delivery fails due to changes in customs

Exchange process:

  • Contact us at shopstabilix@gmail.com within 14 days after receiving the item
  • Specify the item you'd like to exchange for
  • Include your order number with your email or phone number
  • Your new item ships once we receive the original
